Claudine is the author of Jamaica’s Kaleidoscope among other children's books and stage plays. She is also a co-founder of Pyramid theater company here in Des Moines which is currently the only black theater in Iowa! Her passion for writing and theatre management started at a young age of 8 with the backyard being her first theater. As a young child she was exposed to the library with the instructions “stay as long as you want, read as much as you want.” Her story is a true testament that anything is possible when you stay true to your dream and put in the work.
